A food-grade processing plant where the finish tolerances were driven by washdown and USDA inspection, not by architecture.
Food-grade construction is the one industrial category where the finishes matter more than the structure. Every internal corner has to be coved, every penetration sealed, and every surface has to survive daily caustic washdown.
The floor is the whole job
We installed the sanitary floor system in a single continuous programme rather than by area, which meant sequencing every trade out of the production hall for six weeks. It is an unpopular decision at the time. It is why there was no re-work.
