Halvorsen & Roe was founded in 1998 by two superintendents who were tired of watching estimates get bought and then relitigated on site.
How we price
Open-book from preconstruction, on every job, whether or not the contract requires it. You see the subcontractor quotes. You see our fee. When a change order comes, it arrives with the arithmetic attached rather than a single number and a request for trust.
What we will tell you early
If your budget will not build your building, you will hear it in the first meeting, with the reasoning. That conversation loses us work. It loses us less work than being the firm that discovered the problem in month fourteen.
Who actually turns up
The superintendent who walks your site in the interview is the superintendent who runs your job. We do not staff interviews with people you will never see again, and if that changes because someone leaves, you will hear it from us first.
